The insurance company paid the vast majority of the roof replacement cost, even though it was an older roof. The representatives guided me through the process of insurance claims, timelines, inspections; and it was fairly painless. I’m glad they were referred to me when they were, so I was still able to file the insurance claim in time.

The process to work with my insurance on the claim started in October 2025 and it was very helpful to have Tucker and Patrick helping with the coordination with the insurance adjuster. They helped decipher all of the "insurance lingo" and made sure I understood fully what was going on at all times, and were available and responsive when I had questions.
Once the claim was approved I was introduced to Kyle, who has handled all of the phases of getting the work completed. He was very proactive with communication, and what I appreciated most was that I never felt I was out of the loop on anything. The process was very clean and clear, and the technology PRQ uses for communication and coordination is very professional and easy to use. Kyle has been a great partner in working together to get the work completed.
In January 2026 the roof was replaced. The crew was respectful of my property, and the neighbors' properties, and did a great job of cleaning up. But more importantly the new roof looks amazing.
