Colorado claims, handled completely

PRQ Exteriors did a great job on the new roof. I was hesitant at first to get my roof checked out, but I’m glad I did since there was significant damage to my roof by the fairly recent hail storm. The insurance company paid the vast majority of the roof replacement cost, even though it was an older roof. The representatives guided me through the process of insurance claims, timelines, inspections; and it was fairly painless. I’m glad they were referred to me when they were, so I was still able to file the insurance claim in time.

We chose to hire PRQ Exteriors because they were the only Contractor who said they could & would do all of the repairs needed to our home. What a relief this was to us. Kyle with PRQ lined up all trades. We had the complete roof replaced, all new seamless gutters and our entire Home painted. all of the craftsman were very professional and meticulous attention taken to every detail. They all cleaned up daily and very respectful of our Home & property . Kyle and his team finished the complete project on time and on budget. After a hail and windstorm did some damage to my roof in 2025 I was in need of a roof replacement. I chose to use PRQ after extensive research because they have such a good reputation and great reviews online. And the A+ rating on BBB was quite helpful in my decision. The process to work with my insurance on the claim started in October 2025 and it was very helpful to have Tucker and Patrick helping with the coordination with the insurance adjuster. They helped decipher all of the "insurance lingo" and made sure I understood fully what was going on at all times, and were available and responsive when I had questions. Once the claim was approved I was introduced to Kyle, who has handled all of the phases of getting the work completed. He was very proactive with communication, and what I appreciated most was that I never felt I was out of the loop on anything. The process was very clean and clear, and the technology PRQ uses for communication and coordination is very professional and easy to use. Kyle has been a great partner in working together to get the work completed. In January 2026 the roof was replaced. The crew was respectful of my property, and the neighbors' properties, and did a great job of cleaning up. But more importantly the new roof looks amazing.
