After the major hail of July 27–28, 2026 — Chicagoland's third damaging season in a row, following 2025's spring hail and the 2024 derecho — most damage is impact bruising and wind-lifted shingles you can't see from the yard. We inspect the roof, flashing, and vents and photo-document what we find — the record your insurer needs.
We meet your adjuster on-site, supplement partial approvals, and keep your only out-of-pocket cost the deductible you already owe — which, under Illinois law (815 ILCS 513/18), we can't pay or rebate for you.
We carry the Illinois state roofing license (225 ILCS 335) that must appear on every contract, plus the local registration suburbs like Cook County require — so your permit and final inspection go through cleanly.
